Privacy Policy

Starter Kit Sample is operated by Simple, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This policy explains what data Starter Kit Sample collects, why, who else processes it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
1. Data you give us
- Account identity. Your email address, or the basic profile Google returns if you sign in with Google.
- Purchases. Stripe collects payment details directly. We store your billing email and purchase status, never card numbers.
- Feedback. If you use the feedback button, the page address, what you write, and the email you give.
2. Data collected automatically
- Operational logs. IP address, request metadata, and error traces handled by our hosting provider to keep the service running and secure.
- Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics does not load until you choose “Accept” in the privacy banner. You can change your choice at any time.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. How we use data
To provide the Service, process purchases, send the emails you need (such as sign-in links and receipts), keep the Service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to, except limited records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (such as purchase history). Residual copies can persist briefly in encrypted backups and logs until they rotate out.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@simplellc.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to reply within 30 days.
8. Children
Starter Kit Sample is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
